EMR (Experience Modification Rate) is the insurance industry's scorecard for how safely a contractor works. It compares our actual workers'-comp claims against what a company our size is expected to have.
The baseline is 1.00 — dead average. Every point below means fewer incidents, lower risk, and a job site run tighter than the average
